In this episode, Leina’s lawyer defends her vehemently in the interrogation room. The detectives are not cutting her any slack, but she admits to nothing.
Adoley and her pastor wait anxiously at the reception section. They are joined by Shee and Grace. Abiba and Sadia are also in attendance. They are out for Leina’s blood. Things, however, go south when Benjamin comes to the station.
Benjamin is Shee’s Uncle, Leina’s Brother. Leina is Shee’s mother. Her friends cannot believe it. Shee is in denial. They finally decide to settle the case out of the police station, but Shee wants her mother prosecuted.
Leina is finally let out of the interrogation room and is shocked to see her daughter. She blames her brother when Shee rejects her. Shee sobs uncontrollably. Leina is so hurt she breaks into tears and runs out of the station, with her lawyer in tow.
